- An initial meeting with the hiring manager to scope out and understand the role, its context and the capabilities, attributes and personality required in the role
- A short proposal to confirm complete understanding of the assignment, the hiring plan and terms of engagement
- Further meetings as necessary with other interested stakeholders
- Preparation of a research brief and/or advertising copy for client approval
- Preparation of a candidate brief for client approval
- Identifying, attracting and engaging candidates for a long list
- Identity and qualification checking of candidates selected for interview
- Face to face interviews with candidates to judge professional capability, persona and cultural fit
- Management of psychometric tests as required
- Feedback to all candidates interviewed
- Preparation of a short list with detailed reports outlining our view on fit to both the role and the organisation
- Scheduling of short list interviews and support as required for all parties
- Assistance as required with the selection process
- Reference checking as required

- Staying in touch from offer acceptance to start date and facilitating any exchange of information
