Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you the HR Manager will improve the people functions within the business and create the correct policy and procedural foundations to enable the people in your business to excel. You will review and expand the current recruitment process, on-boarding and training ensuring the performance management systems are aligned with the culture vision and values of the business. Enable identity and culture to be the differentiators in the ability to attract and retain the correct candidates as the business enters the next phase of growth.
You will be supporting two founder CEO's in a standalone HR role. Having the ability and desire to switch at a moment's notice from high level strategy to operational detail is paramount.
Are you a strong generalist, you love recruitment and resourcing and you've done your fair share of resolving employee relations issues, but most importantly you're a self-starter, capable of turning on a sixpence and doing what needs to be done - now!
