Senior HR Adviser

A great opportunity to join a growing entrepreneurial multi-site business as Senior HR Adviser reporting to the Head of HR. The role will be varied and diverse working with demanding stakeholders across a range of case and change based employee relations, recruitment, HR policy and process development, reward and L&D, within a small HR team. The ability to build strong relationships and have the credibility to influence and the technical knowledge to provide sound advice will be key to success in the role.
You should be an experienced HR generalist, ideally CIPD qualified, with a good knowledge of employment law and solid employee relations experience. You'll need to be able to balance the demands of operating in a fast business environment whilst delivering quality outcomes. The team environment is close knit, fun and supportive and you should be a collaborative team player, adaptable to take on changing priorities in a fast-paced business environment. The role will require some travel across the South East.
