You will own the benefits piece for one of the biggest, most iconic and well-loved brands in the UK - the reward of a vast population is in your hands. The business is going through considerable transformation, within an evolving Reward team that has SO much going on. The pace is bonkers, and the projects are lined up, so you'll really get the chance to flex your Benefits muscles.
You'll get to work across different brands, manage and develop a small team, and work within a huge HR engine that is the most sophisticated I have seen in the industry. But size can bring complexity, so you'll get a real buzz from navigating the matrix, building strong relationships with using your sound judgement to create a benefits strategy that truly motivates and engages your colleagues.
