As a HR Manager you will be responsive & customer focused, ensuring compliance with employment agreements, policies, procedures and the law to deliver a credible HR service. You will provide an integral, valued and professional service to the organisation whilst providing support and advice to employees. You will help to encourage the positive development of a busy HR department.
You will spend much of your time visiting depots and offices, assisting with a range of HR issues.
The role requires someone that has experience of working in a generalist HR Manager/Business Partner position in a fast paced, environment. Exposure to a retail, hospitality or similar customer focussed, multisite environment is advantageous. More importantly, you will be able to demonstrate how you have partnered a sophisticated stakeholder group to drive the HR agenda and made real business improvements.
