Well, this role is a double bubble - not only will you get rewarded, but you'll be able to make sure everyone else is too.
It's a goodie - you'll be part of a new business that's creating its reward strategy, so your expertise is really needed. You'll need to turn your hand to anything from job evaluation to drafting RemCo papers, benchmarking to OD projects. It goes without saying that you'll be a subject matter expert so you'll attend key project meetings, provide advice to stakeholders, and work with HRBPs in the delivery of annual salary reviews and bonus cycles.
This position is being offered as a 12 month contract and currently offers generous annual leave, a brilliant pension, bonus scheme and medical insurance.
