    You'll be the HR Advisor for a key population in a highly successful IT consultancy. They have an impressive client portfolio, have doubled in headcount over the past 3 years and won a number of industry awards. Reporting to, and working closely with, the HR Director, you will provide HR advisory support across teams of technical consultants and project managers who are running major systems projects with some of the country's biggest organisations. There will be a strong focus on ER, restructuring and TUPE transfers (mostly 'in' as they continue to grow) so your ability to advise and influence will come to the fore. The role is based from London, but with offices in Portsmouth and near Reading and many teams being embedded on client sites across the UK, you'll get time out in the operations, not chained to your desk.


    This is a role that will suit a confident and credible HR Advisor that enjoys autonomy and solving problems. You'll have a solid understanding of UK legislation (including TUPE) and experience managing stakeholders in a multi-site operation (and a degree of flexibility to be able to travel to sites across the UK is required).
