Executive Reward Manager
£80,000-£90,000 + car allowance + bonus

A true executive reward expert, you will develop the reward strategy, providing support and expertise for around 350 leaders.
Taking responsibility for the design, delivery and implementation of executive reward and incentive plan structures you will ensure policies are fit for purpose, offer a vital advisory service and will support with Remuneration Committee matters.
Your experience may have been gained in house or in consultancy but you will be passionate and knowledgeable about executive reward and will enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders. You will have the ability to think strategically whilst having strong analysis skills and the ability to make appropriate decisions at pace.
