    You don't often get roles in Reward that offer so much variety, but this role will give you access to all areas of the specialism - different brands, divisions, levels. And working for one of the largest and most well-known companies in the UK means your exposure to all things Reward is guaranteed.

    Initially, you'll have responsibility for the population of a newly acquired business, so there is heaps to be done here, and some great pieces of work to lead on. Then you'll have the opportunity to work on any number of different projects - this business is so big and broad there is always so much to be done!

    You'll work as part of a wider Reward team, who can really help you develop your Reward skills and increase your exposure to parts of the specialism you may not have had the opportunity to explore in your career just yet. So, if you are looking to add more tools to your Reward armoury then they will help you put them there.

    All you need is a good amount of experience as a Reward Analyst, in a sizeable business, and they'll do the rest!
