    You don't often get roles in Reward that give the chance to get stuck in to exciting projects or offer so much variety - but this role will give you access to all areas of the specialism - and different brands, divisions and levels. Working for one of the largest and most well-known companies in the UK means your exposure to all things Reward is guaranteed.

    Initially, you will have responsibility for a number of project areas including pay benchmarking and bonus work - there is always lots to get involved with, you definitely won't have the chance to get bored!

    Highly analytical and a confident communicator with a passion for all things reward, you will work as part of a wider Reward team, who can help you develop your skills and increase your exposure to parts of the specialism you may not have had the opportunity to explore in your career just yet. If you are looking to add more tools to your Reward armoury then this could be a great next step.

    All you need is a strong reward background including evidence of working on benchmarking and bonus projects, fantastic stakeholder management skills, be happy working at pace and they'll do the rest!
