Talent & Development Advisor - 12 Month Contract
£30,000 - £36,000 + Benefits
Are you passionate about Talent? Would you relish an exciting, varied contract position starting in January 2019 where you would undertake a highly visible role partnering a Head Office client group and bringing their Talent agenda to life?
This brilliant business is looking for an ambitious HR professional to join them in a new role with this well known brand. The role has been formed following an exciting HR restructure where Talent is the driver behind their People Strategy, and colleagues are truly valued and developed.
In this position, which will be recruited on a 12 month contract basis starting in January, you have a vital role to play, working to support the development and delivery of the strategic talent plans of a head office population. This role requires someone that wants to truly partner and engage with their stakeholders to add real impact to the organisation.
Your days will be busy and varied, as you get involved in the delivery of inductions, analysis of data to create talent strategy, evaluate the impact of initiatives, collaborate with the Centres of Excellence, run job evaluations, coach colleagues, research workforce requirements and identify capability gaps…. There is never a dull moment!
You will be operating in a 'best practice' environment, so this is an awesome place to develop your skills in Talent & HR, and the career opportunities here are substantial.
You may currently be operating in a generalist HR role, with a desire to specialise in Talent, or be in the L&D space looking to translate into a more strategic talent role. We are really open to any of these backgrounds, but what you must be is truly passionate and inquisitive about the talent space - intelligent, resilient, able to work at pace, curious, a confident communicator and have a passion for development.
