    Critical to the delivery of these ambitious growth plans is exceptional talent. They are now looking to appoint a Learning and Development expert who will lead the development of a range programmes that build the capability of managers and identify and develop high potential emerging talent. The Learning and Development Partner will fully immerse themselves in the business, partnering closely with stakeholders to offer value add solutions. Established programs do exist but our client is looking to innovate and expand their learning solutions and channels, with key focuses around the management populations, emerging hi potentials, embedding performance management or overhauling onboarding and induction.

    The role would suit a bright, engaging learning and development expert who is passionate about learning and comes with creative new thoughts and bold ideas. You will possess a depth of expertise in management development with a strong track record of both design and program management, both through internal creation and getting the most from external vendor relationships. A sound understanding of talent development for emerging talent would also be advantageous with a solid knowledge of techniques for assessing career potential, career coaching and career development interventions. You should bring an agile approach with an ability to work at pace within an organisation where you have a range of projects ongoing at any one time.
