This is a great opportunity to join a major global FMCG business at one of their key production sites on a 10 month maternity cover contract as part of a small team providing broad ranging HR support and advice. It will be incredibly varied role working closely with both front line operations and management providing coaching and advice across employee relations, performance management, recruitment and supporting change projects.
You should be an action oriented HR generalist with experience at HR Advisor level who possesses good planning and organisation skills, developed HR systems knowledge (ideally Workday) and the robustness to operate effectively in a fast paced environment with a range of stakeholders. Experience of liaising with unions would be an advantage but is not essential.
