Interim HR Data Analyst
c£50,000 or day rate
This is a great opportunity to join a significant corporate on an interim or fixed term contract basis for 6-12 months. The HR Data Analyst is a key member of the HR Operations team and builds and provides regular management board and group reporting across key people metrics across areas such as talent, gender pay, attrition, resourcing etc. There will also be a need for the development of ad hoc reports that could become regular and the ability to build best practice into the approach to developing and presenting reports for the business.
With a Success Factors implementation on-going the HR Data Analyst will also play a key role in leading on the reporting side of the implementation.
Candidates should bring superior Excel and PowerPoint capabilities ideally with a knowledge of Business Objects. Exposure across a range of HR Data Analysis and the building, interpretation and presentation of detailed and complex people reporting in a large corporate environment would be ideal as would previous exposure to Success Factors and iTrent systems. There is great opportunity to gain some great experience, working in a fast paced and demanding environment, with plenty of autonomy and scope to make a difference.
