Our client is a profitable, growing and fast paced FinTech business looking for an experienced graduate calibre Learning and Development specialist.
The role will be a mix of delivery and design and the current role holder leaves at the end of September although no handover is required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical toolkit to draw from, as well the practical experience of operating in a development role within a fast paced, commercial business. Couples with an excellent understanding of different training systems, tools and resources, specifically delivering Franklin Covey related curriculum.
To be successful you will have experience of delivering leadership orientated and behavioural training content to diverse employee groups; be a confident presenter with strong facilitation skills. Additionally you will have a strong ability to be self-directed in planning own work, have the ability to deliver training in group settings up to 30 delegates and be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key focus areas will include:
- Support rollout of Franklin Covey leadership workshops - although majority of support will be for the Bracknell site - Classroom delivery.
- Support the delivery of a Performance Management system to leaders and employees (this will include up-skilling managers to become coaches) - Design and delivery.
- Ad hoc global projects including building a new leadership competency model and supporting monthly on-boarding sessions.
