Talent & Development Partner - 4 days per week
£70,000 - FTE
It is so amazing to see an online retailer going against the grain and expanding on the high street! Whilst their rivals are reducing their retail estates and focusing on their online presence, this business already has an awesome digital offering, so they are responding to customer demand and opening new stores across the UK and US. This growth strategy will not deviate from their brilliant online offering, but simply enhance it.
To protect and enrich their reputation for unmatched quality and incredible service, it is absolutely essential that they maximise people capability across their business - delivering an amazing learning journey for their Head Office based colleagues, building a pipeline of great managers, supporting the future growth and development of their leadership teams.
This brand has big ambitions, so you will shape the Talent Strategy from entry level talent to emerging HiPo's, with a focus on the leadership and management agenda. You will bring cutting edge thinking to help challenge and influence the business, making sure they continue to have some of the most motivated and brilliant talent in the industry.
We are looking for someone who has depth in the Talent & OD space, with a true passion for development. You'll be able to operate at pace, managing multiple projects, and be an exquisite communicator as you push the boundaries to deliver the best possible development opportunities.
You will have a technical toolkit to draw from, as well the practical experience of operating in a development role within a fast paced, commercial business.
This is a wonderful opportunity to run your own show, create something brilliant, surround yourself with talented colleagues and be part of the growth story for this successful and ambitious business.
This role will be based at their spacious and contemporary HQ in West London, and is being offered as a 4 day per week role.
