EMEA Senior HR Business Partner
£70,000 to £80,000, car/allowance and bonus
This is a largely strategic HR BP role sitting on the regional executive of this global knowledge economy business that has a track record of sustained growth. Fostering relationships with and partnering the EMEA leadership team in delivering the business strategy the incumbent will play a key role in advising and coaching business managers, driving change and organisation design activities. You will also seek to drive key annual cycles such as strategic workforce planning, talent management, engagement activities and deploying the reward strategy. There is a team of HR Business Partners both in the UK and EMEA that report into the role, ensuring the Senior HR BP focuses on only the more complex escalated ER issues. There are also significant changes to support in embedding a new HR model and new global HR system and the EMEA Senior HR BP will have a role to play as part of the HR leadership team for their division in embedding these.
We are looking to identify a talented and ambitious senior level HR Business Partner with experience in supporting professional or technical client groups across EMEA or globally ideally within a growing corporate. Candidates should bring real commercial acumen, accomplished relationship building and influencing skills along with a positive, solutions focused approach. The role will involve quite a high degree of travel, probably around 40%-50% both a key site in the UK and into EMEA. To that end there is some flexibility as to the base of the location which could be in London, outside of London in a key office or in continental Europe in close proximity to a key office such as Amsterdam, Paris, Frankfurt or Milan. With this level of travel there is also some scope for elements of remote working.
