HR Business Partner - 12 Month Contract
£45,000 - £65,000 + generous package

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in a changing, pacey environment? If so, this 12 month fixed term contract which will join an established Surrey based company could be the ideal next step.
Supporting a sales and customer focused client group you will offer a value add service to the population you partner.
Key to success in this role is an agile, solutions drive approach.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
·Managing the ER activities with your managers
·Working closely with the business and Recruitment team to monitor and support all recruitment activities
·Working closely with the Reward team to support the reward area and associated projects
·Delivering the performance management process and methodology
·Collaborating with the L&D team and the wider business to identify and support L&D requirements
·Supporting, influencing and driving OD initiatives
Graduate or graduate calibre and ideally CIPD qualified, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner with experience of working in a busy, paced environment. You will have a strong working knowledge of employment law and experience of supporting a business with their ER, recruitment, reward, L&D and OD activities. You should have a high degree of IT literacy and will be comfortable analysing and interpreting MI.
This role will be recruited on a 12 month contract basis.
