    £100,000 - £120,000 + bonus + share options

Not often do you get the opportunity to join a business so early in its inception, particularly one that is already highly profitable and growing at this rate of knots. But this is no ordinary business: a true market disrupter taking their section of the FMCG world by storm.

Since launching 3 years ago in the US they have experienced massive growth in their domestic market and are now crossing the Atlantic to set out their stall in the UK and across EMEA. They require a highly driven, agile and commercial Reward Leader to embody this newly created role. The initial focus is to create the compensation structure across EMEA, once established, the focus will move to providing comprehensive Reward services to the region, ensuring that the offering attracts and retains the very best talent to support the super high growth agenda.

We'll be upfront, this role isn't for everyone: if the growth in the US is anything to go by then the EMEA operations will demand someone that thrives in an extremely dynamic environment, that has innate natural drive in abundance and is highly goal focussed, always pushing themselves and others to go the extra mile in order to achieve the best possible outcome.

To ensure success, you will be a senior subject matter expert across compensation and benefits (including a deep understanding how to drive sales performance through reward and exposure to Options and/or RSUs). You will have delivered successfully in a start-up environment or with an organisation undergoing significant growth and structural change. Driving a reward agenda that has a real impact on business performance will energise you. You will be decisive, combining deep analysis and creativity of thought to conceive and implement solutions that are fit for a rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment. Credibility and excellent communication skills are essential as you will be in a position of influence amongst highly intelligent, commercial and goal focused stakeholders.

If you are up for a challenge, but one that is accompanied by the potential for significant professional fulfilment and personal reward, then apply to find out more about this rare opportunity.
