    As Head of L&D, you will report into an inspirational Group Talent and Development Director and play a key role within her leadership team. We seek to hire the best and brightest talent in this arena to lead, shape and drive the transformation of the learning and development strategy within this ambitious Plc.

    We are looking for a visionary leader to bring fresh thinking and innovation to drive a best in class learning and development strategy to build the right capability to support the businesses vision. Through your team, and, partnering with key senior business stakeholders, you will continually seek to build stronger capability and design appropriate interventions to enable change to happen.

    To succeed, you'll need strong academics and an impressive track record of continuous professional development. We are looking for an inspirational leader; someone with outstanding experience of shaping, developing and directing a high performing team of scale. You'll also need deep expertise in learning and development (including learning technologies) and an ability to translate this expertise into solutions which enhance employee capability, customer experience and business performance. You'll need to think differently, challenge convention and have a futuristic view of learning and development; this is not a business as usual role. We seek someone who has an impressive track record of delivering excellence in high change environments. You must come from an organisation of scale (20,000 + employees), and have led the group L&D agenda.
