As a key member of a small central global team and reporting to the VP HR UK&I you will support the design and delivery of the global reward strategy and provide guidance and advice by partnering key regions around reward matters. This will encompass developing attractive compensation packages, ownership of key reward cycles, market benchmarking and ad hoc reviews, international assignees and evolving efficient reward processes.
Candidates should possess experience within a significant ideally global organisation within the reward space, clearly bring strong analytical capability allied to a passion for the people agenda and strong relationship building and influencing skills within fast paced complex environments where ambiguity and change are a constant. You may currently be a Reward Manager or a Senior Reward Analyst looking for a step up opportunity. There are great opportunities to make your own mark and to evolve your career in an exciting business. Whilst the role is based near Hayes there is also scope for candidates to be home based with a minimum of 3-4 days per week in the office.
