£45,000 - £60,000 plus package

Reporting to the Head of Talent they are now looking to make the critical appointment to the new role of Learning Designer - Digital, who will play a pivotal role in their journey to embed a 70/20/10 approach to learning and development.
The Learning Designer - Digital will be responsible for the creation and development of blended, interactive and stand-alone learning collateral and interventions. The role will be business facing working with key stakeholders to diagnose learning needs and translate those into learning designs. Whilst much of the solutions will be digitally driven (c70%) there is scope for Learning Designer to both recommend and develop non-digital learning interventions as the best solution to adopt. There are opportunities to impact across the whole spectrum of learning needs although initially it is anticipated that the focus will be around developing new digital learning solutions in the management fundamentals and management development space.
Candidates are likely to be experienced learning and development specialists that have evolved a keen interest, skillset and experience in the digital learning space. They will bring a solid background in learning needs analysis and learning design methodologies encompassing digital, blended and classroom. Of significant value will be strong experience of content authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline, and experience using HTML and digital graphics, video/audio filming/recording and editing and the use of LMS's to curate content. Above all you should be a positive and proactive team player, with a sense of fun, someone who can build and manage stakeholder relationships, whilst balancing the demands of multiple projects whilst retaining an eye for detail. You'll have an innovative streak, and the desire to contribute to a transformational journey evolving and embedding a new learning strategy.
