Talent acquisition will play a vital role in enabling their organisation to build access to the talent pipeline that will help fuel and deliver on this growth in a competitive market. To create and leverage an innovative and robust talent acquisition strategy our client would like to appoint to the newly created role of Head of Talent Acquisition. In building the strategy the Head of Talent Acquisition will identify the key enablers of success which are likely to include; multiple sourcing strategies; building robust insights and processes around resource planning; maximising the power and impact of the employee brand; building and proactively managing talent pools and pipelines; embedding robust assessment and selection toolkits; technology and leading and developing the TA team.
You will need to be an experienced and commercially astute talent acquisition leader/manager with a passion for the field and a commitment to driving excellence. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of having built Talent Acquisition functions to deliver successfully by applying innovative and robust sourcing strategies, technological enablement and inspirational leadership. You will be joining an industry leader, with global dimensions, in growth mode, that is both people centric in culture and very can do.
