HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions - 6 - 12 month FTC

An exciting role for an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver a transformational people agenda across the corporate functions of a fast moving and growing organisation established only 4 years ago and now with some 3000 people, yet retaining the excitement and challenge of a start-up.
Reporting to a Head of HR, this role will partner key leaders and managers across corporate groups in what is a full generalist Business Partner role. Key flavours will include being the people lead on transformational change working on both organisation design and process to deliver it, talent acquisition and management along with employee relations to support change.
As a candidate you are likely to be operating at Business Partner level with sound experience of change management and organisational design and a solid depth of knowledge around employee relations. You should also have the potential and ambition to succeed into a Head of HR role in the future. Whilst there is an openness as to the background of where candidates have gained their experience, previous exposure to supporting corporate functions would be considered an advantage as would having worked with more professional sectors such as financial or professional services, property etc.
