The position would suit an experienced HR Business Partner with experience supporting a European client group - ideally with a technology focus - at an operational level. You should have a working knowledge of European Labour Laws and be looking for a role where you can work closely with your European client group to add real value.
As HR Business Partner - Europe you will be based in London and will travel to your European sites regularly. You will relish the opportunity to build strong, effective working relationships with your client group. Joining a busy, rapidly expanding business you will be happy working in a fast paced, challenging, dynamic environment. This is a very hands on position and the right individual will be happy to get stuck in to a range of duties as needed.
The role will support a relatively small population and will provide a comprehensive operational HR service to support high performance across Europe. You will ensure practices are conducted in line with the organisations guidelines, procedures and legal requirements.
To be considered for this role you should have experience of partnering a European client group, ideally with a technology focus, at a hands on, operational level. You should have European Employment Law knowledge and a good understanding of European Work Councils.
