Talent & Development Manager - Digital
This brilliant business is looking for an ambitious talent management professional to join them in a brand new role, within this famous, household brand. The role has been formed following an exciting HR restructure where Talent is the driver behind their People Strategy, and colleagues are truly valued and developed!
In this role you have an important part to play in supporting the development and delivery of the strategic talent plans. The role supports a group of innovative and creative digital specialists and requires someone that wants to engage with their stakeholders to have a real impact to the organisation.
It's a varied role, in a 'best practice' environment, working with other true talent experts. On any one day you might be involved with: delivering the corporate induction, delivering high impact learning, evaluating the impact of initiatives, collaborating with the Centre of Excellence, running job evaluations, coaching colleagues, researching workforce requirements, supporting Resourcing to define recruitment requirements.
If you have a passion for all things tech and digital, have experience in a highly commercial talent management or L&D role, knowledge of the tools and concepts that large, complex organisations use to support their talent agendas and an ability to bring these to life, then we would love to hear from you.
