Head of Reward

So cultivating a performance focused culture, delivering business objectives and rewarding appropriate results and behaviours are all pivotal to the overarching imperative of keeping customers happy.
Your role will be to identify, develop and deliver an agreed reward strategy that enables these aims, working closely with the Executive Director of HR and supported by a Reward Adviser and a Reward Analyst. In a nutshell, you will:
* be a member of the HR leadership team
* manage all aspects of reward
* lead on pension strategy
* design and manage executive pay and manage the remco agenda
* work with HR colleagues to implement reward and OD solutions
We're looking for someone with extensive technical reward knowledge with demonstrable experience of effecting change in customer oriented environments. You will also need to be passionate about making a difference in a not for profit organisation.
