Personal Assistant (fixed term contract)

We are a recruitment & selection consultancy that specialises in finding talented HR professionals for high profile clients and your role will be to support a number of our very experienced Consultants.
You will join a team who takes enormous pride in what they do, whether it is logging assignment and candidate details on our systems, arranging for advertisements to appear on the web or arranging and confirming interviews for candidates and clients. It's busy and it demands real attention to detail, teamwork, the willingness to go the extra mile and an ability to interact with professional people in a very positive way. You will possess robust administrative/PA experience, with strong capability across the Microsoft Office suite and well developed communication skills.

Holiday allowance is 25 days, in addition to which we close the offices between Christmas and New Year giving an extra 3 to 4 days leave. The role is a maternity cover position to commence during September 2018 and will initially be for a 6 month period with scope to extend.
