Senior HR Business Partner (12 month contract)
£65-75k + car + bonus
London / South East
Does the opportunity to lead the HR agenda for an operating unit of a major PLC, whilst supporting the strategic delivery of a significant, group wide, transformation programme, sound like the type of opportunity you would relish?
This is a 12 month fixed term contract which would suit an accomplished HRBP with demonstrable experience of driving change in a fast paced and highly commercial environment of significant scale and complexity. Drawing on your depth of knowledge across all aspects of HR (reward, ER, talent, restructuring, TUPE & leadership) you will be in a position to make a difference, both to the population that you are personally responsible for, and the group as a whole.
It's an exciting time to be involved: a new Group HRD and a new business strategy (which has 4 pillars, one of which being People) means that the roadmap is set out, now is the time to have an impact! You will know what good looks like in terms of HR in complex, corporate, environments and want to use your knowledge to identify and implement improvements. You will thrive on building relationships, both internal and external, won't be afraid to challenge, and will use your strong ability to engage and influence to great effect. You will want to work in an environment where you can make decisions and identify opportunities based on insight you generate from taking an analytical approach combined with your commercial savvy.
The role will be London/SE based with c3 days per week in London on average with other times remotely out at sites, hence you will need to be comfortable with some element of travel in the role. In order to be suited to the role, you will have experience in working in a fast paced, customer facing industry such as retail, hospitality or leisure which involves supporting large populations of customer service colleagues.
