Our client is a market leading business whose products touch almost every area of industry and commerce. The UK and Ireland division of this global business employs some 3,500 talented individuals from deeply specialist technical and business leaders to a diverse operations workforce.
You will manage the implementation of annual reward processes such as bonus, pay review and total reward statements as well as designing and delivering policy around bonus schemes, benchmarking and job evaluation.
An organisation of this size requires reward specialists who are true experts in their field. We're looking for a bright, commercially aware, highly numerate, Excel savvy Reward expert who is adept at interpreting data and making informed decisions at pace. Someone who can communicate confidently, influence others and build strong relationships.
