A rare Reward Manager opportunity based in Bristol with a £multibillion plc. Ideal for someone wanting to utilise their expertise, influence and creativity to truly partner with the operating businesses to deliver solutions that have a real impact at a time when reward and incentives are high on the strategic agenda.
The role could suit either an experienced Reward Manager or Senior Analyst that is ready for a step up. You will join a small and highly agile Reward Team who are responsible for a population of over £50,000 employees in a complex and commercial environment. Your time will be split between delivering cyclical, business as usual activities, and leading a broad range of interesting and strategically important projects across the group. There's a lot on the agenda: the CEO has recently highlighted the strategic imperative of ensuring that personal incentives are aligned to the overall business success as part of the broader group strategy, meaning that this is a high profile and key hire.
The role requires someone that has previous experience in Reward (including pensions) within a large, complex organisation. If you are someone that: likes to get out from behind your desk to get a deep understanding of a business, consults internally to identify areas for improvement and impact, thrives on taking a creative and solutions focussed approach in a dynamic and commercial environment, gets a buzz from leading reward projects and in employing your expertise and credibility to influence key stakeholders then this could be the perfect role.
