Resourcing Business Partner - 12 month FTC

Up to £43,000 + £3,100 car + 10% bonus
Our client is a complex organisation of scale going through significant change and evolution. Having had recent changes of ownership the business is seeking to create and embed new approaches to HR and resourcing instilling a proactive and commercial approach.
As Resourcing Business Partner you will be a key player within a newly created Resourcing function, reporting to the Head of Resourcing. You will partner with key stakeholders across specific business functional groups to manage the relationship, understand the current and future of the business and deliver a productive resourcing service. You will have ample opportunity to play a key role in projects such as the evolution of internal resourcing processes and systems along with building the robustness of data to ensure better division and other key projects such as graduate programs, employer brand and approach to building direct hiring capability.
You should be an experienced in-house resourcing partner who has operated effectively within complex environments supporting management, specialist and head office appointments. You will also be able to demonstrate your agility and self-sufficiency of working within an environment where there is a lack of infrastructure in place and show that you have played a key role in building that. An understanding of direct hiring techniques alongside the management and selection of supplier relationships is also highly desirable.
