Interim Senior HR Business Partner - Retail/Hospitality
To £75k + car + bonus
An innovative disruptor in the market our clients has set themselves out to be different to their competitors and is winning market share because of it. It's a fast paced, ambitious and fun environment yet highly commercial and already of significant scale. An opportunity has arisen for Senior HR Business Partner to join the business on a 12 month fixed term contract to partner two key Operations Directors, at your earliest availability. The role will have a strong strategic focus, but of course there will always be elements of the operational in the role. They are looking for someone who fits the fun and progressive nature of the brand and can help them drive the business forward, areas of focus include development of career paths, employer brand and social media recruitment strategy.
The business is one of scale and complexity in the early 000's headcount and a number of sites so we are looking for a HR Business Partner who knows what good looks like in terms of HR in fast paced, complex, retail, hospitality or similar environments and want to use your commerciality, tenacity and innovative thinking to add real value. It is not a 'fluffy' HR environment, you need to bring the ability to understand and use the numbers to both influence and make evidence based decisions. The role is based in London, but there will also be a degree of travel in the role across sites principally in the South East.
