HR Operations & Projects Manager - 12 Month Contract
£55,000 - £65,000 + great package
Are you looking to join a fast paced, fun, hard working, vibrant business located in fantastic state of the art offices in West London? If so, this busy 12 month HR contract role could be a great next step.
With the support of a small team you will manage the HR services area in a professional and efficient manner adding true value to your stakeholders. You will take ownership for the administration of the full employee lifecycle and will manage effective relationships with internal stakeholders and third party providers.
This is a great opportunity for someone to run the HR processes for the business ensuring an exemplary service to the organisation whilst also adding value to a range of exciting projects such as various tendering and process improvement projects.
The role would suit an experienced, hands on HR Manager with a background of managing HR operations - you may have operated in a Shared Services environment in the past or may have been an HR Manager or Business Partner where you have had involvement in evaluating third party suppliers and driving tendering projects.
You should be a proactive, highly organised HR leader comfortable rolling your sleeves up and getting the best out of HR processes and systems. You should have a high level of IT literacy including advanced Excel skills and will be happy undertaking a busy, hands on role where you can add real value to your team and the wider business.
The ideal candidate will be available to start their next role in July 2018.
