Interim TUPE Manager
Portsmouth - 6 month FTC
Circa £35 - £50K FTE (dependant on experience) - no day rate available
This is a fabulous opportunity to be an integral part of a complex Facilities Management business of real scale that is experiencing a period of rapid evolution and dynamic change. Much transformational change has been and is being seen across key business and corporate functions. HR has recently moved to a new structure to align itself to the business and to drive new proactive focuses to support the business agenda.
They are currently embarking upon a large transition exercise and will need the assistance of an HR professional to focus their efforts upon delivering a large TUPE-in exercise. Ideal candidates will be experienced HR professionals with a track record of delivering transition and in particular the transition of undertakings within a range of industries and organisations with multi-site experience.

This assignment will commence ASAP and will have an initial tenure of 6 months. To be successful in this role you will be a CIPD qualified, dynamic, self-motivated and hardworking HR practitioner.
