Senior HR Advisor - 6 month FTC

Our client is a successful and growing medium sized FTSE 250 organisation. They are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to deliver a proactive and flexible HR service by providing relevant and appropriate HR support to all employees, whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, documented policies and employment legislation. To ensure optimum service delivery, mentoring and providing guidance to the business as appropriate. To oversee day to day activities of the HR Assistant and HR Administrator. Reporting into the Group Head of HR, you will be a generalist with a strong recruitment background as this will be a major focus of the role.
Thorough and resilient you always strive to deliver a great service and have a commercial insight into effective value added recruitment. Ideally CIPD qualified and experience of using Cascade would be an advantage.
