Does the opportunity to drive the HR agenda for an operating unit of a major PLC, whilst supporting the strategic delivery of a significant group wide transformation programme, sound like the type of opportunity you would relish?
This is an opportunity for an talented HRBP with demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced and highly commercial environment of significant scale and complexity. You will have worked in a broad HRBP role with experience most aspects of HR eg reward, ER, talent, restructuring, TUPE & leadership (there may be one of these areas that you feel would benefit from development, if that's the case, there's some technical stretch in the position to keep you growing professionally).

You will know what good looks like in terms of HR in complex, corporate environments and want to use your knowledge to identify and implement improvements. You will thrive on building relationships, both internal and external, won't be afraid to challenge, and will use your strong ability to engage and influence to great effect. You will want to work in an environment where you can make decisions and identify opportunities based on insight you generate from taking an analytical approach combined with your commercial savvy.
The role will be London/SE based with c3 days per week in London on average with other times remotely out at sites, hence you will need to be comfortable with some element of travel in the role.
