    Does the opportunity to drive the HR agenda for a complex and important division of a significant PLC, at a time when an exciting group wide transformation programme is under way, sound like the type of opportunity you would relish?
    The Division is a project led technical/engineering population of around a 1,000 people. Strategically important to the business there is a plan to invest in this area to increase its ongoing contribution to profits. You will work closely with the MD, supporting in driving the strategic agenda and operational plans, providing solutions to engaging and retaining key talent, developing leadership and management structures and styles.

    This is an opportunity for an talented HRBP with demonstrable experience of operating successfully in a 'gritty' technical environment such as manufacturing, hard FM, engineering or construction. You will have worked in a broad HRBP role with experience of most aspects of HR, and in particular bring a good depth of knowledge around ER, change and transformation, coaching leaders and managers and reward.

    Our client is anticipating the position being filled on a part-time basis ideally 3 or 4 days per week, but some openness to the structure of working pattern. The role will be based in central London however there will be occasional travel with the role as there may be occasional exposure for HR at the client side, giving the role and even greater commercial edge to it.
