HR Business Partner
£55,000 - £65,000 + benefits including car allowance
A successful, established construction business is looking to recruit an ambitious HR Business Partner to join their busy, vibrant team in London.
This varied role will support a stakeholder population of around 200 based in and around the London area and will provide a true value add business partnering service to its client group. Reporting to the HR Director you will lead the delivery of the HR strategic objectives to drive a high performance culture. You will develop close working relationships with your stakeholders and the wider HR community and will pro-actively support your Managers.
You will carry out a pro-active business partnering role and will add value to a number of areas including Talent, Succession Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development and Reward. You will also add value to a variety of different projects to ensure continuous improvement and will manage change to support initiatives and cultural behavioural change projects.

The role would suit a CIPD qualified HR Business Partner with a broad generalist experience gained within construction, engineering or an associated industry. You should be a friendly, confident communicator and relish the relationships you build with your stakeholders. You should have a collaborative, pragmatic, open and engaging style.
