Please note this position will support teams based at both Milton Keynes and Coventry and you should therefore be comfortable working at either site as required.
You will undertake a pivotal role in supporting the development of colleagues and the delivery of talent plans. Ideally your experience will have been gained in a Talent Delivery or L&D capacity but you may be more of an HR generalist who has touched on talent as part of a wider role. A graduate, or graduate calibre, you will have strong systems skills including a high level of Excel and PowerPoint and will be comfortable analysing and interpreting data.
You will be a confident communicator, used to building strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Highly organised and pro-active in your approach you should be comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment. Previous experience of Hay Job Evaluation would be advantageous.
