Interim HR Business Partner - FTC or day rate
To £55,000 plus excellent benefits
A genuinely fascinating organisation this growing organisation is very much part way through a considerable change journey. An opportunity has for a HR Business Partner to join on an interim contract initially through to the end of 2018. It will be a broad based generalist HR Business Partner role where you will need to bring a strong delivery mindset. There will be opportunities to work with functional leaders to identify and deliver organisational changes they wish to make to their functions, shaping roles and bringing in the capabilities they need within their functions to achieve business goals. There will also be a project based flavour with TUPE, development and roll out of new policies, values and behaviours. With currently around 330 people, it is the size of business you can get your arms around, have influence, but also one where you need to be willing to roll your sleeves up. Playing a role in talent acquisition will also be an important supported by the Resourcing Partner.
Ideal candidates will bring experience within corporate style environments where they are used to partnering senior level white collar professional audiences. This could come from either larger or SME business environments and a mix of those would be highly attractive. You should be used to environments where it is necessary to work at pace, with high demands for agility and adaptability to deliver in a demanding environment of high change.
