A growing financial sector organisation with 250 employees and plans for growth our client has been transitioning from a quasi-public sector body to a commercial entity so is on a truly fascinating change journey where HR is playing a key role.
The Recruitment Partner position was established 6 months ago and has already seen success in developing a more direct hire oriented approach to recruitment. However there is still lots of opportunity to add value as the business looks to embed a new competency framework into assessments, make decisions around an ATS selection and implementation and to continue its growth. Reporting to the Head of HR this will be a full 360 recruitment role, managing the full end to end recruitment process across a varied range of recruitment needs. From working with managers and HR BP's to understand the need, evolving the attraction approach and campaign, supplier relationships, coordinating assessment and selection, involvement in interviewing and facilitating offer and joining processes this role can provide variety and stretch, with real scope to own and improve processes and bring your own ideas to the table and be an integral player to a range of HR and resourcing projects.
You should be an experienced recruiter ideally from an in-house background with exposure to both a larger recruitment function with established processes and a more stand-alone environment where the infrastructure is in the process of being built.
