    Are you an experienced Reward expert looking for a great new permanent role where you can partner and add real value to a truly international population? If so, this fantastic Reward Business Partner vacancy could be the ideal new challenge for you.

    Based in Basingstoke you will support the EMEA region and as such the role would suit a strong reward expert with a good knowledge of international reward considerations. A competent business partner, you will be adept at supporting international stakeholders across multiple locations.

    You will take responsibility for job matching and pay benchmarking and will get involved with the salary survey - sourcing data, creating tools, modelling scenarios and analysing outcomes as required. You will carry out analysis and modelling and will provide a true advisory and business partnering service around compensation and benefits to your region. You will also get involved with sales commission and bonus plan duties.

    You should have a solid experience of salary benchmarking and pay and benefit analysis across an EMEA or European region and will have a good experience of job matching, salary surveys and data analysis. You will have strong IT skills and will be highly analytical - comfortable analysing and interpreting high volumes of data. You should have strong communication skills and be an effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders across a number of international locations.
