Junior Talent Manager
£35,000 + bonus

As the Talent Delivery Manager you have an important part to play in supporting the development of colleagues and delivering talent plans. The role will include a variety of activities including training delivery, co-ordinating job evaluation, analysing feedback and evaluation forms and making recommendations for improvements, external market research to identify short and long term workforce requirements and working with Resourcing to define recruitment campaigns.
The role will support a hub of digital professionals who are all creative, innovative and technically savvy, so the learning they receive needs to be fit for this type of population, so you are likely to have a skill and passion for utilising technology to increase capability.
If you have worked within the talent or L&D space and have a good understanding of their tools and methodologies, with the ability to bring these to life, and have experience in delivering engaging training, then we would love to hear from you.
