Part of this transformation includes the implementation of new systems, and this newly created role will be responsible for the implementation of payroll into Oracle HCM.
Working with business stakeholders you will demonstrate an advanced understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud, and have a holistic understanding of the system's architecture and infrastructure. With strong UK Payroll legislation knowledge, you will be responsible for developing a technology roadmap that enables the overall HR vision and strategy and provide expert advice for functionality implementation, whilst providing the solution knowledge and insight needed to support stakeholders.
You will identify opportunities for improvement, make recommendations on future investment, look for opportunities to add value, create innovative yet practical solutions and ensure the task of implementing a payroll of a huge colleague population is delivered on time, on budget and fulfilling requirements.
To apply you will be a recognised product expert for Oracle HCM Cloud and have knowledge of UK payroll legislation. You will either be at a point in your career where you could benefit from working with technically brilliant professionals who can coach and develop you, or be at a stage where you will be ready to step up and lead a team in the next 12-18 months.
