Our client is a market leading business that whose products touch almost every area of industry, commerce and healthcare. The UK and Ireland division of this global business employs some 3,500 talented individual from deeply specialist technical and business leaders to a diverse operations workforce.
With an evolved HR model and a high calibre HR team where there is real scope to grown your career and experience this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced generalist HR Business Partner to join and work closely with key parts of the business based from Head Office.
Reporting into a strategic Senior HR Business Partner you will play a key role in evolving and ensuring the delivery of the People Plan for your business area whilst also be involved in critical HR and change projects. Key agendas will include, organisation design and change, annual HR processes covering performance, talent, compensation; coaching leaders and line managers, employee relations and potential exposure to union relations.
You will have built your experience in high quality corporate environments, where you have built a broad range of generalist HR experience partnering and proactively supporting the business, through key HR cycles, been directly involved in managing the people elements of change and had the opportunity to be involved in central HR projects. As an individual you will bring strong coaching skills in working with your stakeholders, the customer centricity to really deliver for your stakeholder groups and the negotiation and diplomacy skills to handle challenging HR issues sensitively and effectively.
