How often do you get the chance to be part of a brand new team that is geared with the most up to date tools and materials to create innovative and inspiring digital learning solutions - specifically in Retail Banking? Not often! But this retail giant are building a team of specialists to create cutting edge learning solutions to a business with a huge appetite for digital learning. As such, we are looking for Digital Learning Designer with a Financial Services background.
Working closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, you will be responsible for the end to end production of digital learning content across multiple projects, developing new, forward thinking designs. You will use your creative thinking to make recommendations on different learning techniques, and produce short, snappy and inspiring learning interventions across a broad range of subjects.
You will be part of a business undergoing significant transformation, who are investing heavily in their Talent Agenda. Not only will you have top of the range equipment at your fingertips, but with the right drive and ambition, you can carve yourself a very successful future.
To apply, you need to have proven experience of end to end design of digital learning interventions and be fluent in best practice in learning and instructional design. You will have a high level knowledge of different eLearning production software, such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate and be a confident user of Adobe and Storyboarding techniques. You will have a passion for learning, and be familiar with L&D principles including 70:20:10.
