Interim Reward Analyst
A great opportunity to join a fast paced global business initially on a short term contract to support the execution of the annual salary review and bonus process. Key activities will include ownership and maintenance of data, modelling, scenario planning and working closely with HR Partners and business stakeholders to enable the successful delivery of these key processes.
There is also wider scope to be involved in supporting OD projects and broader reward activity such as benefit queries. You should bring prior experience of year end reward processes in a large organisation, advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset.
