Working within a small but growing HR team in a business that is also growing and evolving fast it's an exciting place to be. Introducing the new role of HR Consultant to work within a HR team to help enable the business to achieve its ambitious growth plans through engaging and inspiring their people.
We are looking for someone who has the energy and passion to build really effective relationships with managers and employees.
As a developing HR professional, you will be able to build your credibility through your ability to deliver operationally and to work effectively as part of the HR team.
As a generalist, you will have experience in dealing with a range of HR activities from recruitment, employee relations, managing pay reviews to coaching managers to name but a few!
Hungry to continue to learn and grow, you will be flexible and happy to roll up your sleeves to ensure the HR offering is well aligned to our clients business.
Collaboration is key so as a strong team player, you will be able to demonstrate your team working and how you have worked closely within a wider HR team.
