Job title: HR Business Partner - Corporate functions 12 month FTC (DB6848)
Salary: £65,000 + benefits
Things are changing, business is growing. The HR Director of this established and successful energy business is building a team to transform HR within the business from old school to high impact and strong influence. Working as a trusted business partner, you will play a pivotal role in helping to diagnose, define and execute the people agenda for Finance, Stakeholder Relations, Legal, HR, and Commercial.
As a result, your first job will be to get immersed in the business, understand how it operates, integrate yourself into the functional management teams, identify where the opportunities lie for the HR agenda to make a difference and then support the business in implementing change.
In addition to effecting these operational improvements you will also work closely with the HR Director on companywide strategic initiatives, be that executing a talent strategy that attracts, develops and retains future talent or finding the next level of team performance.
