Head of HR
Salary - £75,000 - £85,000 plus benefits

Just now and again a role comes up with a compelling company that listens carefully to customers' business requirements, and uses its expertise to deliver an end result. This newly created role is based in the European Head Office.
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of HR will be the first dedicated HR lead so it is a great opportunity to make a tangible, long lasting difference to the business.
You will take responsibility for all aspects of HR within the group, ensuring the development of best practice HR and that HR capability keeps pace with the growth of the business. One immediate need is to develop a more complete and effective learning and development framework in order to build skills to become industry leaders. The employee profile is broad, from minimum wage to board level with a sizeable sales force, so that experience will be most helpful.
In essence, we are looking for a Head of HR with a passion for working within a fast paced environment, with a track record of making a commercial contribution to businesses. Underpinning all of that are strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise, resilience, adaptability and a reputation for getting things done.
